Is the procedure to send goods to Vietnam complicated?
At A-Z America-Vietnam Logistics, you just need to send your package to the warehouse. You will have the rest of the procedures done and the package will be shipped as soon as possible.
How long does it take to send goods from the US to Vietnam?
Time delivery from US to Vietnam is about 7-10 days (depending on the time of customs clearance) and depends on the delivery address in the city center or suburban areas.
With packages of super-fast delivery, your package will be prioritized to ship faster than with normal savings packages, which means there will be a difference in freight rates.
May I know the total cost before placing an order?
Before placing an order, A-Z America-Vietnam Logistics will help Customer estimate the total cost of the order including shipping costs based on the actual value and weight of the product. However, the actual cost may be higher or lower than this estimated cost.
How is the weight of the parcel calculated?
International carriers determine billable weight based on which is larger (actual weight or weight by volume). Actual weight is simply the weight of the package when loaded on the scale. Meanwhile, weight by volume is determined by the following formulas: Volumetric weight (kg) = Length x Width x Height (cm) / 5000.
Why is my package later than expected?
In some objective conditions such as natural disasters, epidemics, customs (detention of goods, periodical inspection at customs, ...) ..., there will be a delay when packages arrive Vietnam. A-Z America-Vietnam Logistics will notify about the status of your package and update the delivery time via email to you.
How do I receive my package in Vietnam?
You can come directly to our office to receive and check your packages. Or you can request A-Z America-Vietnam Logistics to support delivery to your address.
What should I do if I receive a damaged package?
If there are signs of damage on the outside of the package when you receive it, you need to co-check and make a Report of the damaged package, signed by the Delivery Staff, and immediately contact us. We will inspect the package and contact you for further processing. If there are no signs of damage, but the goods inside are wrong in quantity, color and size, or have defects, you need to contact the Seller to have it resolved.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
This depends on your order processing status. Please contact us if you have a change in your order. However, in case the order has been being processed, it cannot be editted or canceled.
What if my package contains prohibited items?
If Customer's goods are prohibited goods, we cannot ship them. Therefore, when ordering, please refer to the list of prohibited imports to avoid unnecessary loss or inconvenience. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the package does not include any prohibited items. A-Z America-Vietnam Logistics is not responsible for any loss in this case.
